PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive powder flow device enabling an excellent flow state, by checking the formation of channeling of powder strong in coagulation performance such as powdered grease in a conventional stationary fluidized bed. SOLUTION: This powder flow device 1 is a system of making powder flow in a powder fluid chamber 4a in an upper housing 2 of a porous plate 3, by blowing gas in an air chamber 4b in a lower housing 2 of the porous plate 3, by stretching the porous plate 3 in an intermediate part of the sealed housing 2; and is formed so that the porous plate 3 generates vibration in the vertical direction by a generated air pulse, by arranging an air pulse generator 7 for adding pressure of compressed air in a pulse shape to the air chamber 4b.
