PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel connecting structure capable of firmly and beautifully connecting panels spaced from one another in a simple structure. SOLUTION: This connecting structure for connecting a desktop panel 2 standing on a desk 1 positioning its side edges on the inside of the side edges of the desk 1 with side panels 3 disposed on the sides of the desk 1 and facing the front/rear direction is provided with an upward or downward engagement claw 24 or 25 at one end of an attachment bracket 23 having the other end fixed with screws at the side end of the desktop panel 2 and facing in the right/left direction, the engagement claw is locked to an engagement hole provided in the side face of the side panel 3 to connect the desktop panel with the side face panel, and the attachment bracket between the side end face of the desktop panel and the side face panel is covered with a cover member.
