A push-button switch capable of suppressing the local heating of the chassis of an electronic apparatus, reducing the thickness of an electronic apparatus, and improving the feeling of clicking given to a user when the user pushes a key as compared to the conventional switch. A push-button switch (10) of an electronic apparatus comprises a printed board (11) that has fixed contact points (11a, 11b) spaced apart from each other, a movable contact point (12) that is made of a metal diaphragm and gives conductivity between the fixed contact points (11a, 11b) when brought into contact with the fixed contact points (11a, 11b), a holding sheet (13) that holds the movable contact point (12) and is secured to the printed board (11), a heat conducting layer (14) that is integrally provided on one side of the holding sheet (13) opposite to the side where the printed board (11) lies, and a protective sheet (15) for protecting the heat conducting layer (14) provided on one side of the heat conducting layer (14) opposite to the side where the holding sheet (13) is provided.
