Provided is a tire tread rubber composition, which is improved in an anti-fatigue property by using a mixture of fatty acid alcohol esters and metal soaps as a dispersant of a reinforcing filler and has processibility and tensile properties equal to or better than the conventional rubber. The tire tread rubber composition having an improved anti-fatigue property contains a reinforcing filler and 1.5-2.5phr, based on 100phr of raw material rubbers, of a dispersant. The dispersant consists of a mixture of fatty acid alcohol esters and metal soaps and has a specific gravity(25°C) of 1.0±0.05, a melting point of 60.0±5°C, and an ash content of 0.1-3.0%. The fatty acid alcohol ester is selected from ethyl stearate, butyl stearate, butyl palmitate, butyl myristate, butyl oleate, hexyl oleate, and octyl oleate. The metal soap contains at least one metal selected from zinc and potassium.
