PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processor for a medical diagnostic system, in which data processing can be properly carried out by a correct WF having large effects of improving SNR or improving characteristic deterioration while storing space frequency components of subject data of processing to the utmost in application to the subject data of processing having actual noise.

SOLUTION: The data processor for a medical diagnostic system comprises a signal power estimating means 53 to estimate signal power using reference data including data different from the subject data of processing, and a data processing means 55 to process the subject data of processing by means of the Wiener_Filter based on the signal power estimated by the signal power estimating means 53.
