<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an invalid management system using an electronic pen and a triage tag on which an electronic pen exclusive dot pattern is printed. <P>SOLUTION: This invalid management system using an electronic pen for a writing instrument in which an electronic pen exclusive dot pattern is printed on a triage tag for managing invalid information is provided with a triage tag on which the electronic pen exclusive dot pattern corresponding to the type of the triage tag is printed; an electronic pen for acquiring recording information from the dot pattern on the triage tag; a communication terminal connected through a network to the electronic pen; an electronic pen system management server installed on a network; a triage tag information server installed on the network for collecting invalid information based on the recording information acquired by the electronic pen; and a medical institute terminal connected to the triage tag information server.
