PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable antenna unit for which an antenna unit is turned to a disassembly and assembly type and all disassembled devices can be housed in one trunk. SOLUTION: The portable antenna unit comprises: a rigid plate 2 detachably mounted on the trunk 1 and capable of forming the bottom surface of the trunk; a reflecting mirror 13 mounted on one surface of the rigid plate and capable of adjusting an elevation angle and an azimuth angle; a transmitter 19 and a receiver 20 constituted integrally with a radiator 21 disposed facing the reflecting mirror; and a stay 15 capable of supporting the transmitter, the receiver and the radiator and being bent to the side of the reflecting mirror. The reflecting mirror is constituted of a main part 13C including a mounting part to the rigid plate, a distal end part 13D detachably mounted on the main part and side parts 13E and 13F detachably mounted on both sides of the main part and the distal end part, and the main part including the stay and the respective side parts are turned to such a length that they can be housed in the trunk.
