PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission line setting control system capable of efficiently utilizing each information transmission channel, by taking into account the timings of information termination and information origination. SOLUTION: When a file storage section 17 stores files, the number of B channels equal to the number of the files is set for only information transmission from a file transmitter 1, and in other cases, the number of the B channels is set for only the information arrival to the file transmitter 1. That is, when no file has been stored, it is determined that it is not the timing of file transmission, and the B channels will not be changed as only information transmission; and when it is a timing for file transmission, the number of the B channels is set equal to the number of the files for only the exclusive information transmission by request from the file transmitter 1.
