PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analog frequency divider having a wide operational frequency bandwidth. SOLUTION: A parallel circuit of an inductor L1 and a resistor R1 is connected as a load between a power supply voltage VDD and the drain of an MOS transistor TR1, and a parallel circuit of an inductor L2 and a resistor R2 is connected as a load between the power supply voltage VDD and the drain of an MOS transistor TR2.
