PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a user recognize degradation state of digital audio broadcast reception state intuitively with no sense of incongruity. SOLUTION: Since white noise WZ2 can be added to a voice the volume of which is lowered due to degradation of reception state by detecting error rate when voice data D1 is received, regulating the volume level of the voice depending on the error rate, regulating the noise level of white noise WZ1 generated to be added to the voice depending on the volume level, and outputting the voice of regulated volume level while adding white noise WZ2 of regulated level, user can be made to hear the mixed result of voice and white nozzle without bringing about perfect silent state and even when reception state of digital audio broadcast degraded, the user can recognize the degraded state intuitively with no sense of incongruity.
