PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that the flexibility of a hinge part 4 is spoiled eminently. SOLUTION: In a collapsible panel, a channel part formed in the surface, a hinge part to be collapsed, and a notch part which is formed at the end of the hinge part and crosses the channel part are formed. The channel part is made a circumferential channel, and the edge of a skin can be fitted into the circumferential channel. By decreasing the secondary moment of the cross section in the bending direction of the hinge part 4, the flexibility of the hinge part can be improved. By using the collapsible panel, even when the channel part is formed on the surface of the panel, a hinge type deck board can be obtained without spoiling the flexibility of the hinge part. When the channel part is made the circumferential channel, and the edge of the skin is fitted into the circumferential channel, a good-looking hinge type deck board with the skin can be obtained.
