PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the illegal replacement of the main board for lottery processing in a game machine. SOLUTION: In the game machine, the supply of a backup power source 2b to an RTC2c-1 at a processing part 2 is made through a switch SW. When the main board 1 is removed, a contact C of the switch SW is turned off and the supply of the backup power source is stopped and so, the supply of the backup power source 2b to the RAM2c-2 is not made via the switch SW. This enables the detection of whether the main board 1 is removed from the processing part or not by checking the RTC2c-1 and the RAM2c-2 for a possible drop in the power source voltage at the closing of the power source. When the removal of the main board 1 is determined, the fraudulence can be blocked by alarming about the error or stopping the game. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
