PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article with improved wearing feel and operability to be used as held between labia. SOLUTION: The absorbent article 1 is a menstrual blood absorbing pad. The absorbent article comprises a substantially vertically long absorber body 11 with a liquid-retainable absorbent layer 10 and a rear sheet 3, and a movable part 12. The absorber body 11 is used as held between labia. The absorbent layer 10 in the absorber body 11 is composed of a liquid-permeable surface sheet 2 and a liquid-retaining absorber 4. The movable part 12 is composed of an adhesion part 5 and a flexible connection part 6 to connect both sides in the longitudinal direction of the adhesion part 5 and the absorber body 11.
