PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a stopper screw that restricts a rotation angle range of an arm of an armrest of care equipment from loosening from a screwing part. SOLUTION: A stopper mechanism 18 of a wheelchair for bathing restricts rotation angle of the armrest 6 around a support axis 12b. The stopper mechanism has a stop screw 14 screwed into the interior side of a threaded hole 13 of the support axis 12b, the stopper screw 15 which is screwed into the inlet side of the threaded hole 13, fastened tightly to the threaded hole 13 and has an axial head 15a projected outward from the threaded hole 13 and a distal part abutting a head of the stop screw 14, and an oblong hole 17 formed on one end 10a of a circumferential bending member (a rotary member) 10 of the support axis 12b and the bending member and into which the axial head 15a of the stopper screw 15 is inserted. A rotary movement range of the bending member 10 with respect to the support axis 12b is restricted by abutment of the axial head 15a of the stopper screw 15 with circumferential ends 17a and 17b of the oblong hole 17.
