PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in which approximately 70% of smokers become addicted to nicotine and smoking cessation fails though most of smokers attempt to stop smoking. SOLUTION: The present invention provides a tool capable of preventing habitual smoking, lowering nicotine concentration in the body and decreasing numbers of cigarette and at last stopping smoking while tasting tobacco with gusto by gradually spacing smoking interval.
