A system and a method for processing an installment payment approval of an integrated card, and a payment approval processing device and a recording medium thereof are provided to process the installment payment approval of the integrated card by using credit and/or check card information according to the number of installment. An information storing part stores the credit and check card information of the integrated card to a storage medium(135). An information reader(510) reads installment amount information and the card information from a payment approval request message when the message of using the integrated card is received. An information checker(515) checks whether the check and credit card information linked with the integrated card is found in the storage medium. A payment approval processor processes the payment approval for the installment amount information by using the credit card information, or using the check card information for the first month and using the credit card information for the remaining months if the check and credit card information linked with the integrated card is found.
