<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a simple separator with damage prevented. <P>SOLUTION: A pair of separators 1, 2 each at an anode side and a cathode side are arranged in contact with each other in a molding die 21 so as their gas flow channels 3, 4 to be faced outside, respectively, and a sealing material is injected along outer edge parts 6, 8 of the separators 1, 2 through a gate 26 fitted to the molding die 21. The sealant is filled in a first space 15 formed pinched by the outer edge parts 6, 8 of the pair of separators 1, 2, as well as in second spaces 31, 32 formed between the outer edge parts 6, 8 of the pair of separators 1, 2 and the molding die 21, and the sealing materials filled in the spaces constitute a continuous sealing member 10 to integrate the pair of separators 1, 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
