<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a human antibody scarcely becoming an immunogen in the treatment and in vivo diagnosis of human. <P>SOLUTION: An isolated complete human antibody against a specific antigen is prepared by administering the specific antigen to a transgenic animal modified to produce the complete human antibody in response to the antigen administration and deficient in endogenous gene loci.
