PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To readily and quickly provide a detector capable of hybridization-detecting DNAs, superior in fine workability and low manufacturing cost, having satisfactory deposition performance for a biological substance, such as DNA, and not requiring an expensive labelling part chamber bringing complicated work and having the risk of environmental pollution or the like.
SOLUTION: This detector is provided with a pair of electrodes, of which the at least one contains carbon as the main component thereof, formed on an insulator by printing; a mechanism for contact-holding a solution between the electrodes, and (A) a voltage-impressing means for impressing the voltage between the electrodes, and a current-detecting means for detecting the current between the electrodes, or (B) a voltage-detecting means for detecting the voltage between the electrodes, a single chain labelled nucleic acid is immobilized in the at least one of the paired electrodes, and the impressed voltage or the current is a signal, containing alternating current.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
