<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To configure a production information management system which can continue production, even if a production information management computer is failed. <P>SOLUTION: The production information management system 20 comprises facility controllers FC for controlling facilities F, integrated controllers TC for managing a plurality of facility controllers FC in an integrated manner for respective processes, and a production information management computer 21 for totally managing each integrated controller TC. For the integrated controller and facility controllers FCs, PLC superior at real-time processings, low-cost and long-life is used. Direction information created by the production information management computer 21 and performance information created by each facility controller are once stored into the integrated controller TC, and then inputted into each facility controller FC and the production information management computer 21, thereby enabling continuation of the production, even if the production information management computer 21 is failed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
