<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily ink capable of producing a writing on a thermoreversible recording sheet with a hydrophobic resin overcoat, wherein the writing can be erased without using an oil-based detergent. <P>SOLUTION: The water-erasable oily ink comprises at least a dye soluble in water and ethanol, a resin soluble in water and ethanol. The water-erasable oily ink is produced by further adding at least one chosen from a hydrocarbon wax, an oxidized hydrocarbon wax and a sugar fatty acid ester to the water-erasable oily ink. In the water-erasable oily ink, the resin soluble in water and ethanol is a low-saponified polyvinyl alcohol resin having a saponification degree of≤50 mol%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
