<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate a parking brake mechanism certainly even if the lack of liquid pressure occurs in one of one pair of brake systems, in a brake device for a vehicle with a plurality of the parking brake mechanisms which are operated by the hauling action of a parking wire while it is provided respectively with wheel brakes at least in the first and the second brake system of a plurality of wheel brakes. <P>SOLUTION: A common single parking wire 65 to a plurality of parking brake mechanism is linked with the end of a turning lever 66, the first and the second parking piston 67, 68 to face their respective backs to the first and the second parking hydraulic room 77, 78 are linked individually with hydraulic paths of both the brake systems, the hydraulic cylinder 69 engaged with a common cylinder body 75 slidably so as to turn and drive the turning lever 66 to haul the parking wire 65 in the direction with the common cylinder body 75 is linked with the turning lever 66. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
