PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for correcting a camera shake, the device being designed to restrain driving force for rotation and reduce a space occupied due to a configuration necessary for camera shake correction. SOLUTION: The camera shake correcting device having a rear focus zoom lens 100 composed of four or more lens groups controls the rotation of the third group 114 that has a convex lens composing an afocal system and freely rotated around a rotation axis perpendicular to an optical axis, and a convex lens freely rotated around a rotation axis perpendicular to the optical axis and the rotation axis of the convex lens.
