PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the strength and rigidity of a protrusion and the molding body around the protrusion by preventing the occurrence of a crack in the vertical wall part of the protrusion in an expansion-molded resin molding. SOLUTION: A plate body 15 is produced by a process in which while a fiber-incorporated thermoplastic resin R injected/packed in the cavity 37 of a mold 31 is solidified, by expanding the resin R by increasing the volume of the cavity, a skin layer 21 is formed on the surface and an expansion layer 23 having numbers of voids is formed in the inside. A positioning pin 25 protrusively formed in the plate body 15 is made of a solid layer 29 formed without increasing the volume of the cavity during the molding. An opening 25a is formed at the tip of the positioning pin 25, the tip side of a hollow part 27 is opened, and the hollow part 27 on the side of the base end of the positioning pin 25 is closed by the skin layer 21 of the plate body 15.
