PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation support device, an operation support system and an operation support program for properly supporting operation. SOLUTION: In this operation support system, a navigation device 120 of other vehicle 100 generates other vehicle braking information about braking of the other vehicle 100, and outputs it to a lamp control ECU, and transmits the optical data by a brake lamp 146 to the outside of the other vehicle 100. A vehicle concerned 200 obtains the other vehicle braking information output from the navigation device 120 of the other vehicle 100, and generates the concerned vehicle braking information about the vehicle concerned 200 on the basis of the obtained other vehicle braking information, and outputs the concerned vehicle braking information to a display or a braking assist ECU. With this structure, action of the other vehicle from now onward can be estimated on the basis of the other vehicle braking information about braking of the other vehicle, and the concerned vehicle braking information can be generated, considering the estimable action of the other vehicle 100 from now onward, to properly support operation.
