PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform operation with stable loads even when self current consumption is large. SOLUTION: When a triac 10 of a load switch part 1 is turned off and power is not supplied to a load L from an AC power source AC, after a control unit 3 is started by a starting part 50 of a second power supply part 5, a transistor 514 of a switching power supply part 51 performs switching operation according to a pulse signal from the control unit 3. Thus, base current of the transistor 510 is controlled and the transistor 510 performs the switching operation. When the transistor 510 is turned on, power is supplied to a first power supply part 4 and energy is accumulated in an inductor 511.
