PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a large and thin biological tissue thin slice, free from wrinkling, shrinking, damaging or the like, and held in a shape, on a slide glass, from a biological sample embedded with paraffin or the like. SOLUTION: An adhesive plastic film prepared by applying an adhesive easily dissolved in an organic solvent onto a plastic film easily dissolved in water is bonded onto a prescribed face of the biological sample embedded with the paraffin or the like, and the slice of a prescribed thickness is prepared by a prescribed cutting tool, under the condition where the adhesive plastic film is bonded. Then, the thin slice bonded to the adhesive plastic film is brought into close contact with the slide glass, the plastic film of a base material is dissolvedly removed from the slide glass with the adhesive plastic film brought into close contact with the slice, the adhesive deposited onto the slice and the paraffin of a sample embedding agent are thereafter dissolvedly removed, and only the thin slice is left on the slide glass.
