PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a removable pressure-sensitive adhesive tape readily removing the whole pressure-sensitive adhesive tape from an adherend by stretching the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape according to pulling operation at a time, hardly causing a residual paste on the adherend, applicable to various adherends containing flexible vinyl chloride, sufficiently following even to the adherends having an uneven structure on the surface and firmly joining to the adhrends. SOLUTION: The removable pressure-sensitive adhesive tape has a pair of a first pressure-sensitive adhesive element having a first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer directly applied to the adherends and a second stretchable pressure-sensitive adhesive element containing a second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer applied through the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer to the adherends and a substrate supporting the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. The first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is composed so that the strain stress measured by tensile tests is lower than the strain stress of the second pressure-sensitive adhesive element.
