PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an annunciating device of an elevator for enabling a user to excellently understand the information content, by annunciating an announcement corresponding to the user of the elevator. SOLUTION: This annunciating device is arranged in an elevator car 12 or a landing hall, and makes an announcement for passengers, and has a guide command means 21 generating a command signal of making the announcement for the passengers, a storage means 32 storing information on the announcement with respective plural languages, and an announcement control means 33 transmitting the information on the announcement as an announcement with respectively different languages to a plurality of portable terminals by reading out the information on the announcement from the storage means on the basis of the command signal.
