PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form for ageing a roof tile capable of suppressing initial investment and capable of also avoiding the labor of maintenance, and a manufacturing method of the roof tile using it. SOLUTION: A molded article obtained by molding plant fibers into a mat form is impregnated with a thermosetting resin and an impregnated molded article is dried and molded by heating and pressure to obtain the form 1 for curing the roof tile. A roof tile material 2 is supplied to the roof tile aging form 1 to be press-molded into a predetermined shape together with the roof tile ageing form 1 and the roof tile curing form 1 is subsequently demolded to obtain the roof tile 3 having the predetermined shape.
