PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shot-peening device capable of stably discharging shot. SOLUTION: This shot-peening device is furnished with a pressure tank to supply the shot, a flow rate adjusting means of the shot connected to a lower part of the pressure tank, a discharge nozzle connected through a mixture piping to supply mixture of the shot and air from the flow rate adjusting means and a compression pump to supply air to the pressure tank and the flow rate adjusting means through a pressure reducing valve, and the ratio of an inner diameter of the discharge nozzle, an inner diameter of the mixture piping and an inner diameter of an air piping to supply air to the flow rate adjusting means is specified as 1:1.5 to 3:1.5 to 6.
