The turbine unit has a pelton-turbine (24a), and the transmission unit has an angular gear (20a), where the transmission unit converts a rotary motion into oscillating movement. The transmission unit is designed as a single unit with a tool retaining unit. A channel (26a) flows to the front side of the tool that is turned away from a tool retaining area, and is formed as a single piece with a supply channel of the turbine unit.
