A tubular reference plug (21) provided at a stationary block (1) is insertable into a positioning hole (3) in a movable block (2). On the upper half of the reference plug (21) are provided two reference surfaces (31) and two pressing members (33) with a circumferential interval held between the surfaces and that held between the members. When an output rod (53) moves the pressing members (33) radially outward, the pressing members (33) press receiving sections (35) of the pressing hole (3) to move the movable block (2) in the horizontal direction. Thus, surfaces (36) functioning as the counter surfaces to the reference surfaces and belonging to the positioning hole (3) are pressed against the reference surfaces (31) of the reference plugs (21).
