<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precoated metal plate which makes an optical disk hard to be scratched and hardly generates friction noise even if the optical disk is brought into contact with a slot-in-drive inner face. <P>SOLUTION: The precoated metal plate for a slot-in-drive case comprises chemically formed coatings formed on both faces of a metal plate and a coating A formed on one of the chemically formed coatings and containing at least one kind base resin a1 selected from a group consisting of polyester type resins, epoxy type resins, and acrylic type resins; at least one kind resin beads a2 selected from a group consisting of nylon type resin beads, fluoro resin beads, and urethane type resin beads; and at least one kind lubricant a3 selected from a group consisting of carnauba wax, polyethylene wax, and microcrystalline wax. In the precoated metal plate for a slot-in-drive case, the arithmetic mean deviation of profile Ra of the surface of A is 0.3-4.5 μm, the mean length RSm of the profile curve element is 105-280 μm, and the ratio of the average particle diameter of a2 to the thickness of A is 2.0-3.0. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
