<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information processing device of a high speed and a low consumption power which can correctly sense a living body. <P>SOLUTION: A sensing device 10 includes a first sensor element 11 which is arranged into a two-dimensional form, and a second sensor element 12 which is arranged on the same plane as the first sensor element 11, and acts by a different method from the first sensor element 11. A signal processing section 20 forms a finger print image from an output signal 31 of the first sensor element 11 after sensing a finger placing from an output signal 32 of the second sensor element 12, and collates the formed finger print image with an already registered finger print image. For the first sensor element 11, an electrostatic capacitance type sensor element is used, and for the second sensor element 12, a pressure-sensitive type sensor element is used. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
