<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indwelling needle apparatus simplifying the manufacturing process of the indwelling needle apparatus while sufficiently securing the slidability when an inner needle is moved, and having a sealing material for safely and securely achieving the liquid-tightness of the space formed by an inner lumen of the indwelling needle and the outer surface of a hub of the inner needle when the inner needle is moved. <P>SOLUTION: The indwelling needle apparatus has the sealing material on the outer surface of the hub. The sealing material is composed of a plurality of annular projections. The distal end of the annular projection abuts to the surface of the inner lumen of a body of the apparatus in such a way as can slide.
