PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement a structure of a fence, which is designed so as to be hardly influenced by intervals (pitches) between supports 13, and can be constructed or repaired by a small number of workers. SOLUTION: The fence has an upper frame 43 which has formed therein an upper-side wrapping groove portion 24 for holding an upper edge of each panel unit 15, in a manner opening downward. Then a depth H<SB>24</SB>of the upper-side wrapping groove portion 24 is set equal to or more than a depth that is a sum of a vertical hooking margin H<SB>H</SB>between an upper edge of each panel unit 15 and the upper-side wrapping groove portion 24, and a vertical hooking margin H<SB>L</SB>between a lower edge of each panel unit 15 and a lower-side wrapping groove portion 20 formed in an upper surface of a lower frame 14 (H<SB>24</SB>≥H<SB>H</SB>+H<SB>L</SB>). In this manner attachment/detachment of the panel units 15 to/from both the upper frame 43 and the lower frame 14, can be carried out panel by panel, and therefore the problem can be solved.
