PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely perform work by the minimum numbers of workers to move panels including construction panels such as wall panels and floor panels by hanging up or hanging down the panels. SOLUTION: To hang up or hang down a panel B including a construction panel, this electric lifting device A includes a crane 1 having a wire 1a; a clamp device 2 provided at the tip of the wire 1a of the crane 1 and clamping and holding the side faces of the panel B; and an operation handle 3 operating the position of the clamp device 2, mounted so as to extend to an approximately horizontal direction with respect to the clamp device 2 and having, in a predetermined position, an operating member 1d for operating an electric motor of the crane 1.
