PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device in which a separating conveyance member vibrates and its vibrations are transmitted to a fixing belt to separate a paper sheet sticking on a fixing belt with the tacky power of the paper sheet where toner is fused, by the vibration of the fixing belt. SOLUTION: The fixing device includes: a fixing roller 1; a pressure roller 7 which comes in pressure contact with the roller 1; and a heating roller 3 which is interlocked with the fixing roller 1 through the fixing belt 6 which is trained over the fixing roller 1 and the heating roller 3, wherein the heating roller 3 incorporates heat sources 4 and 5, and at least one of the fixing roller 1 and pressure roller 7 has heat sources 2 and 8 inside, and the separating conveyance member 12 is arranged holding a gap downstream from a nip part of the fixing belt 6 whose surface layer 6a is coated with fluorocarbon resin. In the fixing device, the separating conveyance member 12 given vibrations abuts against the fixing belt 6 to transmit the vibrations thereto. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
