PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent contamination of bubbles into a filling material filled around a thermosensitive element, and to prevent the thermosensitive element from vibration, in a temperature sensor. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method of the temperature sensor 1 comprises an injection process for injecting cement 110 into a metal tube 114 in the state where a thermistor element 2 is not inserted into the metal tube 114, an insertion process for forming an intermediate forming body acquired by storing the thermistor element 2 in the metal tube 114 by inserting a sheath member 108 on which the thermistor element 2 is mounted into the metal tube 114 before hardening of the cement 110, a bubble removing process for removing bubbles included on the furthermore tip side than the rear end of the thermistor element 2 in the cement 110 by applying a centrifugal force to the intermediate forming body in the state where the tip side of the metal tube 114 is faced to the outside before hardening of the cement 110, and a hardening process for hardening the cement 110.
