PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor unit of a refrigerator not requiring an eye bolt and screwing work. SOLUTION: In the outdoor unit 10 of a refrigerator, a frame 15 of the outdoor unit 10 with a condenser 12 including a refrigerant compressor 11 and a blower 13, and a control panel 14 installed thereon is installed to a base frame B of the refrigerator main body with an installing fitting 16. The installing fitting 16 has bent pieces 16a formed by bending both ends in the longitudinal direction of a flat plate at a right angle in the opposite direction from each other and an intermediate piece 16b. A cut and raised piece 17 is formed by cutting and raising a part of the intermediate piece 16b with a bent portion as an axis.
