PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cast-off hole treating plug which is used in filling a cast-off hole left in a concrete placing surface after the removal of a form, generated by a form support implement of approximately truncated cone shape, has excellent mountability and weather resistance, and is manufactured at a low cost. SOLUTION: The cast-off treating plug 1 is formed of a mortar composition comprising synthetic resin short fiber and formed with an external thread part 3 at the small diameter side end face of a plug body of approximately truncated cone shape, integrally with the same axis as the plug body. A suitable tool is put to a recess 4 provided in a large diameter side end face to screw the external thread part 3 into an internal thread part 14 of an insert 8 formed of a deformed reinforcement embedded with a predetermined covering thickness into concrete, thus carrying out hole filling treatment.
