PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article carrying device having highly quantitatively determining performance by uniformly leveling and forming a carrying object article such as leaf molds carried by a front stage device in the specific layer thickness on a belt conveyor. SOLUTION: A fixed volume carrying device is formed by arranging a supply device in a front stage. The fixed volume carrying device has the belt conveyor arranging guide plates on both sides, a rotary leveling plate having at least two blades having a plane of rotation parallel to an upper surface of its belt conveyor and a semicircular guide plate arranged by turning an opening part equivalent to a semicircle toward the upstream side of the belt conveyor by surrounding the rotary leveling plate by a substantially semicircular quantity. The carrying object article supplied from the starting end side of the belt conveyor is substantially flatly leveled by rotation of the rotary leveling plate, and an excessive quantity is discharged to at least any right or left one side of the guide plate of the belt conveyor.
