PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install a landing door while a hanger case is in a temporarily suspended manner by a work of one person without using any suspension tool even in a hoistway of a steelwork structure. SOLUTION: The landing door device comprises a first L-shaped bracket 5 which is mounted on a steel member 1 fixed to a hoistway wall 2 of a steelwork structure with a predetermined distance therebetween, and provided with a first cutout part 5a on one side surface of a non-mounting face part on the steel member 1 or a first projection body on a center portion of a width face, a hanger case 3 with a hanger rail 4 installed thereon, door hangers 9a, 9b with rollers 10, 14 mounted on a face part of the hanger rail 4 in a rolling manner, and landing doors 8a, 8b suspended therefrom, and a second L-shaped bracket 6 which is mounted on an upper top plate of the hanger case 3 with a predetermined distance therebetween, and provided with a second projection body 7 on the center portion of the width face of the non-mounting face part on the hanger case 3 or a second cutout part on one side face.
