PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably secure steering stability and ride comfort, when a vehicle travels straight ahead or turns. SOLUTION: The roll control device for a vehicle comprises a stiffness adjusting means capable of changing the roll stiffness of the vehicle, and a determination means determining in which state of being straight ahead and turning a vehicle travels on the basis of at least either of the steering speed and the steering angle of the vehicle. The roll control device further comprises a control means to control the stiffness adjusting means so that the roll stiffness is changed according to the straight ahead or turning traveling state thus determined.
