PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas barrier film capable of obtaining a long-term utilizable phosphor panel, which can develop extremely good gas barrier properties, that is, moistureproof properties even if a single gas barrier layer is not provided and develops sufficient moistureproof properties with respect to the phosphor layer, for example, even if used as the moistureproof protective film of the phosphor layer, its manufacturing method and a cumulative phosphor panel using the gas barrier film. SOLUTION: In the gas barrier film layer wherein a gas barrier layer is provided on a substrate film, the gas barrier film layer is an inorganic compound layer with grain boundary is 1-20 nm comprising an inorganic compound with a particle size of 3-20 nm.
