PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metallic sheet which can be easily manufactured by roll forming at a low cost, and further to reduce the resistance of fluid by applying the metallic sheet to a solid wall moving at a speed relative to the fluid. SOLUTION: The metallic sheet has continuous undulated grooves at least on its one side surface, which grooves are formed by rolling and have tip ends having a radius of curvature of 0.2 mm or less. In the metallic sheet, (a) its thickness is 3.0 mm or less and its surface is stainless; and (b) the undulated grooves have a depth of 0.01 to 1.0 mm and an interval of 0.02 to 2.0 mm; or (c) an average surface roughness of the undulated grooves in the forming direction of the undulated grooves is 1μm or less.
