The lower end of the beacon (10) has a foot member (12) which fits into a socket of the foot plate (14) and is secured by a bayonet lock. The bayonet contours of the socket are formed by L-shaped grooves on the inside wall whereby the branches (34) of these grooves running in the circumferential direction have an internal height equalling that of the bayonet projections (50) on the foot member. <??>The foot member and bayonet projections are formed from plastics. |
