The method involves gleaming an entire hollow surface of a workpiece with a mixture of glass bead and aluminum oxide with a preset mixing ratio for adjusting base gloss level. The workpiece is cleaned by lubricating a grained hollow surface with a water soluble substance. The entire hollow surface is again gleamed with the mixture of glass bead and aluminum oxide with a different mixing ratio in such a manner that the grained hollow surface contains a preset gloss, while a raised grained surface of the hollow surface attains a different gloss by repeated gleaming.
