An inline skate wheel is provided to improve user's safety and driving feeling by molding soft polyurethane on both sides of a tire and using hard polyurethane on the center portion and an edge portion of the tire. A plastic hub is extruded firstly, and a hard polyurethane(3) is insert molded along with the plastic hub in the center portion and an edge portion of the tire. In the center portion of the hard polyurethane, plural through holes that become the passages for extracting bubbles generated during a molding process are formed while a soft polyurethane material(4) is injected and molded. On both sides of the tire portion, a soft polyurethane(4) having a solidity different from that of the center portion and edge portion of the tire is insert molded along with a second molding product.
